Job summary

Equinix is seeking a senior leader to drive theCommissioning strategy across large-scale data center construction programs. You will deliver consistent commissioning outcomes enabling Ready for Service milestones and partner with Construction, Operations, and external partners to drive standardization and continuous improvement across the lifecycle.

The role requires extensive experience in data center commissioning, strong leadership across multiple sites, and expertise in electrical/MEP

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data center commissioning within mission-critical environments.
• Proven leadership in complex multi-site construction programs.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical and/or mechanical systems (MEP).
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage external vendors.
• Experience with large-scale service delivery contracts.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning delivery across multiple concurrent data center construction projects.
• Develop and implement standardized commissioning strategies, frameworks, and schedules across the portfolio.
• Own pipeline planning to optimize resource allocation and execution strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally with Construction, Design, and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide input into project budgets, commissioning strategies, and testing protocols, including FAT, FPT, and IST.
