Job summary

Equinix is seeking a senior leader to drive the commissioning strategy across large-scale, mission-critical data center construction programs. This role is accountable for delivering high-quality commissioning outcomes that enable operational readiness and readiness milestones across greenfield and retrofit projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive data center commissioning experience in mission-critical environments.
• Proven leadership across complex, multi-site construction programs.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing external vendors and large-scale contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning delivery across multiple data center projects.
• Develop standardized commissioning strategies and schedules.
• Own pipeline planning to optimize resources.
• Collaborate with Construction, Design, and Operations teams.
• Oversee testing protocols and readiness activities (FAT, FPT, IST).
