Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials.
• 5+ years of product development engineering experience.
• Wire and cable industry experience essential.
• Data center product experience with cable solutions.
• Familiarity with UL, CSA, and NEC standards.
• Willingness to onsite 5 days/week.
• Ability to travel 20-30%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data center market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Define product requirements and guide development from concept to launch.
• Engage customers and industry partners to gather VOC.
• Influence industry standards and specifications through committees.
• Manage full product lifecycle from assessment to optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and leadership teams.
