Prysmian Group is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to advance data center cable solutions. You will lead product strategy, translate market needs into opportunities, and drive development from concept through commercialization with global cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong technical and market acumen, engagement with customers and industry bodies, and frequent collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams. Travel 20-30% will be required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Materials).
• 5+ years of product development engineering experience leading or contributing to technical product development projects.
• Wire and cable industry experience with knowledge of materials, standards and lifecycles.
• Data center experience with related products or customer requirements.
• Experience with UL, CSA and NEC standards, testing and certification processes.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead initiatives.
• Travel to customer sites and events 20-30%.

Responsibilities

• Define data center product strategy based on market trends and customer needs.
• Lead new product development from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Engage customers and industry partners to gather VOC and opportunities.
• Influence industry standards and specifications through committees.
• Manage product lifecycle from assessment to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing to prioritize work.
• Represent Prysmian externally at events and customer visits (20-30% travel).
