STN, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Center Architecture Program Manager to lead the most complex, multi-site data center programs.

This role requires ownership end-to-end, setting standards for the PM team, and coordinating across design, operations, and suppliers. The candidate should have extensive experience with capital infrastructure projects, executive communications, and a proven ability to drive procurement strategies for power, cooling, and network equipment, including GC/A&E/OEM

Formación

• 8+ years owning data center or large capital infrastructure programs.
• Track record delivering multi-million-dollar builds on schedule.
• Deep fluency in data center electrical and mechanical design tradeoffs.
• Executive communication and capital-approval experience.
• Willing to travel to sites.

Responsabilidades

• Own the most complex or highest-risk data center build and expansion programs.
• Define reference architectures and program playbooks with design and operations leads.
• Manage general contractors, A&E firms, and OEMs against schedule and budget.
• Drive long-lead procurement strategy for power, cooling, and network equipment.
• Lead executive-level program reviews and capital gate approvals.
• Mentor program managers and improve portfolio governance.
