Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a commercially driven leader to own and accelerate the market growth of our Datacenter Building Block Solutions (DCBBS). This senior role combines business development with product strategy ownership, aiming to secure major design wins, close large-scale deals, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field; MBA a strong plus.
• 15+ years in a hybrid business development/technical sales role within data center/AI infrastructure preferred.
• Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, rack integration) is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly drive adoption and revenue growth of the DCBBS portfolio; close high-value deals.
• Translate customer needs into compelling DCBBS proposals; architect total solutions including GPU platforms, power, cooling, and cluster design.
• Shape product strategy based on field intelligence and competitive analysis to drive market opportunities.
• Build and sustain executive relationships with decision-makers at target accounts and partners.
• Lead cross-functional GTM efforts across Engineering, Sales, Rack Integration, and Sales Engineering.
