Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a commercially driven leader to own and accelerate the market growth of our Datacenter Building Block Solutions (DCBBS). This senior role combines business development with product strategy to secure major design wins and drive revenue from large enterprises and hyperscale customers.

You will pair deep technical expertise with sharp commercial acumen to architect winning customer solutions and translate them into measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; MBA strong plus.
• Extensive experience in data center/AI infrastructure sales and business development (15+ years).
• Strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, rack integration) and AI/HPC workloads.

Responsibilities

• Directly drive adoption and revenue growth of the DCBBS portfolio with large enterprises and hyperscale customers.
• Translate customer needs into winning DCBBS proposals and total solutions (GPU, power, cooling, rack design).
• Define product strategy based on field intelligence and market opportunities; shape roadmap.
