Job summary

Wellinks is seeking a Senior Data & BI Analyst to turn complex clinical, enrollment, and operational data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, define KPIs, and enable self-service analytics across Enrollment, Clinical, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.

You will partner with leaders to measure performance, translate analyses into clear recommendations, and contribute to a data-driven culture by expanding trusted data models and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, BI, analytics engineering, or related role.
• Proven SQL experience analyzing complex datasets and building dashboards.
• Experience communicating analytical findings to stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical, operational, enrollment, engagement, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for teams to monitor performance.
• Translate complex analyses into clear insights, recommendations, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success criteria for initiatives.
• Evaluate the impact of operational, product, and clinical workflow changes.
• Create reliable data models and reporting for self-service analytics.
• Identify data quality issues and collaborate to improve data reliability.
• Proactively surface insights and opportunities from company data.
