Job summary

Baker Tilly US, LLP seeks a Senior Manager, Data Architecture & Solutions to own btOS data and solution architecture, guiding engineers and partners to deliver durable, scalable client solutions across multiple business lines.

You will translate client needs into reference architectures, drive build decisions, and ensure governance, data quality and security standards are embedded from design through adoption.

Qualifications

• 8 years in consulting, professional services, managed services or tech, with 4+ years in data/analytics.
• Hands-on experience architecting data platforms: cloud data warehouses, ETL/ELT and workflow tools.
• Experience integrating ERP, GL, property/fund accounting, payroll/HRIS into a shared data layer.
• Proven track record moving solutions from concept to production with governance and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the btOS reference architecture and canonical client data model, ensuring swap-ability of engines without client disruption.
• Translate business requirements into architectures, data models, workflows and outcomes; lead design before build.
• Lead solution build, directing engineers and partners through design, development, testing and release.
• Build reusable components (connectors, data pipelines, reconciliation and control workflows) to scale solutions across business lines.
