Baker Tilly is seeking a Head of Data & AI Platform to serve as the firm’s principal Data Architect for AI products and lead the data foundation powering its AI portfolio. This role owns end-to-end data architecture, modeling, engineering, and intelligence capabilities, including Compass, the BT Intelligence Platform, and associated pipelines.

The leader will shape data structures, learning loops, and governance while building a senior team across the U.S. and India.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in data architecture, data engineering, and data platforms with technical leadership.
• Experience designing knowledge systems with ontologies, knowledge graphs, and semantic layers.
• Strong lakehouse experience using Databricks or equivalent technologies; scalable data pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Baker Tilly Intelligence Layer, including ontology, knowledge graph, and judgment graph strategies and roadmaps.
• Design and build ontology and knowledge-graph capabilities with U.S. and India engineering teams.
• Define how practitioner decisions and outcomes are captured and transformed into reusable intelligence.
• Lead data science and ML learning loops to improve models, graphs, and retrieval quality.
• Build and lead data, knowledge-graph, ML, and data science teams across the U.S. and India.
