The ideal candidate has deep architecture and data-engineering experience across large platforms, ingestion, modeling, transformation, governance, and enterprise-scale implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in data/technical roles with 4+ years in data architecture.
• Proven experience designing analytics-ready enterprise data models.
• Strong ETL/ELT design and data pipeline development capabilities.
• Experience with Databricks and dbt; SQL and Python proficiency.
• Git, DevOps practices, and CI/CD familiarity; U.S. work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data architecture across conceptual, logical, and physical models.
• Define scalable data ingestion, transformation, storage, and serving patterns.
• Establish data product standards, lineage, and governance components.
• Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and governance teams to design data solutions.
• Embed data quality, access controls, and compliance into pipelines and models.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data teams.
• Evaluate lakehouse, data mesh, and semantic-layer approaches; guide adoption.
• Communicate architecture decisions clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
