Job summary

SHI is seeking a Senior Data & AI Solutions Architect to lead the design of cutting-edge data solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric. You will act as the Solution Orchestrator for data-centric projects, driving architecture and engineering of scalable data platforms for enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, present tailored solutions, and guide modernization efforts using Fabric, OneLake, and Azure data services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale data solutions.
• Strong presales experience, with a focus on data architecture and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Presales Engagement and design tailored data solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and goals.
• Design and present solution architectures, roadmaps, and cost estimates.
• Lead discovery sessions, technical workshops, and assessments to evaluate environments.
• Create comprehensive proposals and SOWs with cross-functional teams.
• Drive revenue growth within the professional services team.
• Provide Microsoft Fabric expertise and guidance to presales.
• Implement best practices for OneLake, data pipelines, and warehousing.
