Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Data & AI Solutions Architect to lead data platform design using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. You will orchestrate architecture, guide presales, and drive modern data engineering across client engagements.

You will architect ingestion, transformation, and warehousing, mentor teams, and ensure governance while leveraging OneLake, Data Factory, Spark, and real-time analytics. This role is based in the United States with potential for hybrid collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale data solutions.
• Strong presales experience, focusing on data architecture and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Presales Engagement: understand client requirements and design tailored data solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and assessments for modernization opportunities.
• Create technical proposals, roadmaps, and cost estimates.
• Drive SOWs with cross-functional teams to align with client needs.
• Architect end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure services.
• Collaborate with Data Governance and AI Architects for governance and AI workloads.
