Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Data & AI Solutions Architect to lead design of cutting-edge data solutions using Microsoft Fabric. You will act as the Solution Orchestrator, driving architecture and engineering of scalable data platforms for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities include presales engagement, solution design, discovery workshops, and preparing SOWs and roadmaps. You will guide data ingestion, transformation, real-time analytics, and governance within Fabric and Azure

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services.
• Proven track record designing and implementing large-scale data solutions.
• Strong presales experience focused on data architecture and engineering.
• Expertise in Fabric components: OneLake, Data Factory, Spark, warehousing.
• Proficiency in Azure Synapse, Data Lake Storage, Databricks, and SQL DB.
• Solid data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data pipeline design.
• Experience with real-time streaming and processing.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps and infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Presales engagement and solution design for data-centric projects.
• Collaborate with sales to understand client requirements and goals.
• Develop proposals, architecture, roadmaps, and cost estimates.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and assessments.
• Create SOWs with cross-functional alignment to client needs.
• Drive revenue growth by optimizing service offerings.
• Architect end-to-end Fabric data solutions across Azure.
• Design ETL/ELT, warehousing, and real-time analytics.
• Guide DevOps and IaC for data pipelines.
• Advise on governance with Purview and data policies.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to support data infrastructure.
