Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. 8+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Experience defining target-state data platforms and modern lakehouse architectures.
• Proven ability to lead modernization initiatives and conduct architecture reviews.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain target-state architecture for domain analytical and operational data platforms.
• Lead architecture efforts to evolve legacy data platforms toward modern lakehouse/open-data architectures.
• Define migration strategies for Hadoop-based analytical environments and data workloads.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve scalability, interoperability, and efficiency.
• Drive adoption of modern data management practices, storage architectures, and metadata strategies.
• Mentor engineers, solution architects, and development teams on data architecture best practices.
• Provide architectural leadership for analytics, AI/ML, digital applications, and enterprise integration.
