Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited seeks a seasoned Data Architect to design and implement Databricks Lakehouse solutions, unifying data governance, analytics, and AI-enabled applications. You will lead enterprise data modernization initiatives, establish scalable data foundations, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical outcomes with business strategy.

The role requires 10+ years in data architecture and hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and cloud platforms

Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, and scalable cloud-native design patterns.
• Lead enterprise data modernization initiatives and define target-state architectures.
• Design, build, and optimize batch and real-time data pipelines using Delta Live Tables, Autoloader, and Structured Streaming.
• Establish and enforce data governance, security, lineage, and quality frameworks using Unity Catalog.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver modern Databricks Lakehouse solutions for enterprise data modernization.
• Lead data modernization initiatives and define roadmaps for target architectures.
