Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise technology consulting.
• Proven experience with Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog and Delta Live Tables.
• Strong background in cloud architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP) and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution delivery, including architecture, implementation oversight, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance processes across client engagements.
• Guide data modernization, migration, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
• Mentor engineering teams and ensure scalable, secure data platforms.
