Job summary

Aroha Technologies, Inc is seeking an experienced Data Architect to design scalable enterprise data architectures that support operational, analytical, and AI workloads. The role focuses on defining data models, architecture blueprints, and evaluating platforms to guide enterprise data strategy.

You will collaborate with engineering, analytics and business teams, provide technical leadership on data architecture best practices, and participate in governance and strategic technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 13+ years IT experience, including 5+ years as Data/Technology Architect.
• Experience with Enterprise Data Architecture and AWS data services.
• Data modelling: conceptual, logical, physical.
• Experience designing Data Lakehouse architectures.
• Strong understanding of data governance, integration, and modern data platforms.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise physical and logical data architecture.
• Develop data architecture blueprints aligning business and technical requirements.
• Design scalable data platforms supporting operational, analytical, and reporting workloads.
• Evaluate and recommend data platforms, technologies, and integration solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to define standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on data architecture best practices.
• Participate in architecture reviews, governance, and strategic technology initiatives.
