This remote role leads architecture, design, and evolution of scalable data ecosystems powering analytics, AI/ML, and BI capabilities. You will collaborate across engineering, product, analytics, and business teams to enforce data governance, data quality, and security, while mentoring engineers and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• 15+ years of software engineering and data architecture experience.
• 5+ years in a senior/lead architectural role.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead architecture of enterprise-scale data platforms (lakehouse, data warehouse, real-time processing).
• Design scalable, secure data pipelines using Databricks and cloud-native architectures.
• Establish data models, metadata management, and governance (Unity Catalog).
• Drive data governance, data quality, lineage, and cataloging frameworks.
