HP, Inc. seeks a Senior Data Architect to own AI-ready data foundations and enterprise data architecture for agentic AI workflows. The role leads cross-functional workstreams, prototyping with frontier AI vendors, and delivering tangible architectural outcomes.

You’ll interact with executives and business units to ensure data foundations support enterprise AI initiatives. The position is full-time in the United States with relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package, including

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and delivering enterprise data warehousing solutions.
• Proven track record defining data strategy and platform architecture within a large enterprise.
• Broad enterprise knowledge spanning multiple business domains and data subjects.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with modern AI architecture, including LLMs and applied AI design.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Microsoft Fabric; familiarity with Azure and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI-ready data foundations, including the semantic and context layers for LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Lead technical workstreams end-to-end — setting direction and delivering defined outputs.
• Partner with frontier AI vendors and internal stakeholders to prototype, validate, and scale new patterns.
• Shape enterprise data strategy and platform architecture across warehousing, modeling, and governance.
• Build hands-on solutions using LLMs rather than just evaluating them.
• Engage with executives and stakeholders, translating architecture into business context.
