HP, a technology leader, seeks a Principal Data Privacy Architect to lead complex privacy programs from strategy to implementation. You will design scalable, AI-ready privacy architectures across enterprise data environments and AI workflows, embedding privacy-by-design, consent enforcement, and data sovereignty into large, global data environments.

You will partner with Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Legal, Privacy, AI Governance, Product, and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure

• Hands-on experience embedding privacy controls in large data environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory obligations into engineering controls.
• Experience leading cross-functional privacy and data protection programs.
• Proven track record delivering AI-ready privacy architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex, cross‑functional privacy and data protection programs from strategy through implementation.
• Design scalable, AI-ready data privacy architecture across enterprise data environments and AI workflows.
• Embed privacy-by-design, consent enforcement, data sovereignty, and DLP into global data environments.
• Partner with Data Eng, Cybersecurity, Legal, Privacy, AI Governance, Product and EA teams.
• Define auditable controls for consent enforcement, access monitoring, retention, and data lineage.
• Mentor engineers and product teams on privacy engineering best practices.
