Avery Dennison is seeking a Sr. Data Architect - AI & Analytics Platforms to design and scale our next-generation decision intelligence engines.

You will architect cloud-native analytics platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) and translate business rules into robust, automated pipelines that empower teams to access insights and optimize campaign performance at scale. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, platform development, or analytics architecture.
• 3+ years operating at a senior technical level.
• Strong background in CPG/Retail analytics and RMN space.
• Experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and API integration.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate platform capabilities to non-technical stakeholders.
