Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with TIERS or eligibility systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes data for IT Social Services Applications; documents findings.
• Liaises between program-area, development, and HHSC IT Social Services staff for data needs.
• Supports developers and users on data analysis and system applications.
• Performs complex analysis to diagnose problems and suggests corrective actions.
• Provides QA oversight for projects and initiatives.
