Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum of four years in systems administration, IT ops, cybersecurity, or related tech field.
• Experience with Windows server administration, patching, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate remediation and risk management using Archer and remediation workflows (security operations).
• Manage documentation for Digital Information Services apps, licensing, and support tickets.
• Perform server administration and patching for Windows environments using admin tools.
