Job summary

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking a Systems Analyst IV to join the Chief Counsel's Office in Austin. The role focuses on database management, access control, and systems analysis to support OCC leadership and state operations.

As a full-time, exempt position with telework eligibility, you will collaborate across IT and legal teams to design functional specifications, implement improvements, and ensure data quality and secure access across OCC resources.

Qualifications

• Database management principles, data governance practices, data quality controls
• Access management and information governance
• MS 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate

Responsibilities

• EJF1: Database and information management, design, implement, and report on data assets.
• EJF2: Manage access and information governance across SharePoint, Teams, and databases.
• EJF3: Gather system requirements, define processes, and support implementation.
• EJF4: Manage OCC SharePoint content, dashboards, and templates.
• EJF5: Participate in cross-division projects and coordinate with IT.
