Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a Data & Analytics professional to lead data architecture, ETL, and BI efforts. You will design scalable data pipelines, maintain data governance, and deliver enterprise dashboards in Power BI for key business KPIs.

Collaboration with IT and business stakeholders is essential to translate needs into actionable analytics. The role requires 3–5 years of BI experience, expertise in Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and a solid understanding of ERP data sources.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on experience in BI and data analytics solutions.
• Experience with relational DB concepts and flat file processing.
• Strong Power BI experience and data warehousing knowledge.
• Knowledge of ETL tools, data modeling, and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to document requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Define data architecture, modeling, pipelines, and visualization standards.
• Configure and support applications on the Data & Analytics stack.
• Design integrations and validate solutions with test plans and scripts.
• Develop enterprise BI dashboards and KPIs in Power BI.
• Collaborate across IT and Manufacturing to drive data initiatives.
