Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a data analytics professional to drive BI solutions across the enterprise. You will leverage Power BI and OAC to deliver dashboards and reports that empower business decisions. This role involves data ingestion for the Data Lake, data quality, and self-service analytics for a broad audience.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, manage access, and uphold SDLC practices while promoting data-driven insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Business Admin.
• 5+ years of hands-on BI/Data Analytics experience across the full lifecycle.
• Proficient with Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure BI solutions meet business needs.
• Enhance and maintain the stability of the current OAC platform and data ingestion for the Data Lake.
• Document data sources, transformations, and report specifications.
• Advocate self-service BI and visualization to a wide audience (OAC/Power BI).
• Support user creation and access management for the OAC reporting platform.
• Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and ETL methods.
• Collaborate with business users and IT, following SDLC and Agile practices.
