CBRE seeks a Data Analytics Program Manager - Business Intelligence to own the analytics backbone for a fast-scaling energy and power planning function. You will manage large, complex datasets across hundreds to thousands of sites, translating raw data into decisions and building the tracking infrastructure the team runs on.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, CS, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in a data-heavy program management or data analyst role across large portfolios.
• PMP certification or equivalent for structuring ambiguity.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and hands-on BI tool experience (Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight).
• SQL proficiency; Python a strong plus.
• Proven ability to build centralized tracking and reporting infrastructure.
• Experience in capital-intensive industries (energy, utilities, infrastructure, real estate, or logistics).
• Ability to translate messy data into clean, scalable systems.

Mansioni

• Own and maintain centralized trackers spanning the full site lifecycle across hundreds to thousands of locations.
• Build and manage data models integrating inputs from multiple sources into a single source of truth.
• Design and stand up risk tracking frameworks embedded in PMO and capital workflows.
• Produce executive dashboards surfacing portfolio risk, cost variance, milestones, and gaps in real time.
• Identify data gaps and fix them with trackers, playbooks, rhythms, and escalation processes.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to flow utility infrastructure costs into budgets.
• Drive automation across high-frequency data workflows and define tooling improvement needs.
