CBRE is seeking a Data Analytics Program Manager - Business Intelligence to lead the analytics backbone for a large-scale energy and power planning function. You will manage massive datasets across hundreds to thousands of sites, translating raw data into decisions and building the tracking infrastructure the team relies on.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in data-related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in data analyst or data-heavy program management role with large datasets across portfolios.
• PMP certification or equivalent—used to structure ambiguity, not just manage schedules.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and hands-on BI tool experience (Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight, or similar).
• SQL proficiency; Python a strong plus.
• Proven ability to build centralized tracking and reporting infrastructure from scratch across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience in capital-intensive industries (energy, utilities, infrastructure, real estate, or logistics) preferred.
• Ability to work from messy data landscapes to build clean, scalable systems.

• Own and maintain centralized trackers spanning the full site lifecycle across hundreds to thousands of locations.
• Build and manage data models that integrate inputs from multiple sources into a single source of truth.
• Design and stand up risk tracking frameworks integrated into PMO and capital workflows.
• Produce executive-level reporting and dashboards showing portfolio risk, cost variance, milestones, and coverage gaps.
• Identify data gaps and ownership ambiguities; build trackers, playbooks, rhythms, and escalation frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure utility infrastructure and interconnect costs flow into budgets.
• Drive automation across high-frequency data workflows and define tooling requirements.
