Job summary

CBRE is seeking a data-driven Data Analytics Program Manager - Business Intelligence to own the analytics backbone for a fast-scaling energy and power planning function. You will manage large, complex datasets across hundreds to thousands of sites and translate raw data into decisions, building the tracking infrastructure the team runs on.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in data science, CS, analytics, statistics, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in a data-heavy program management or data analyst role.
• PMP certification or equivalent for structuring ambiguity.
• Hands-on BI tooling experience (Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight or similar).
• SQL proficiency; Python is a strong plus.
• Experience building centralized tracking and reporting infrastructure.
• Prior work in capital-intensive industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain centralized trackers across site lifecycles and hundreds to thousands of locations.
• Build data models integrating multiple sources into a single source of truth.
• Design risk tracking frameworks embedded in PMO and capital workflows.
• Produce executive dashboards showing portfolio risk, cost variance and milestones.
• Identify data gaps and build mechanisms to fix them (playbooks, rhythms, escalations).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to flow utility costs into budgets.
• Drive automation across high-frequency data workflows and define tooling enhancements.
