Job summary

CBRE seeks a Data Analytics Program Manager - Business Intelligence to own the analytics backbone for a fast-scaling energy and power planning function. You’ll manage large datasets across numerous sites, translate raw data into decisions, and build tracking infrastructure used by PMO, Finance, Capital Management, and Construction teams.

This role emphasizes data modeling, centralized tracking, and real-time executive reporting, with automation opportunities across high-frequency data workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain centralized trackers across the full site lifecycle for hundreds to thousands of locations.
• Build data models integrating inputs from multiple sources into a single source of truth.
• Design risk tracking frameworks embedded in capital workflows.
• Produce executive dashboards showing portfolio risk, cost variance, and milestone status.
• Identify data gaps and establish trackers, playbooks, and escalation processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure costs flow into budgets.
• Drive automation across high-frequency data workflows and define tooling needs.
