You will manage large datasets across hundreds to thousands of sites, translating data into actionable decisions and building tracking infrastructure for the team.

The role emphasizes data modeling, centralized tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with PMO, Finance, Capital Management, and Construction to drive on-time delivery and risk visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data-heavy program management role handling large multi-variable datasets.
• PMP certification or equivalent for structuring ambiguity.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and hands-on BI tool experience (Tableau/Power BI/Quicksight).
• SQL proficiency; Python a strong plus.
• Proven ability to build centralized tracking and reporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain centralized trackers across the full lifecycle of sites and programs.
• Build data models integrating multiple sources into a single source of truth.
• Design risk tracking frameworks embedded in PMO and capital workflows.
• Produce executive dashboards showing portfolio risk, cost, and milestones.
• Identify data gaps and implement trackers, playbooks, rhythms, and escalations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to flow utility costs into budgets and drive automation.
