Job summary

American Commercial Barge Line (ACBL) is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our IT department on-site in Jeffersonville, IN. You will design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, translating stakeholder requirements into actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities include building data models, dashboards, and data automation systems, while identifying opportunities to streamline reporting and data delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IS/Math or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of IT experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with the listed BI/ETL tools and data technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery.
• Create analytics tools that leverage the data pipeline to provide actionable insights for the business and customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support data infrastructure needs and resolve data-related issues.
