Job summary

Medline is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Data Engineering & Analytics to lead the Corporate Functions Data and analytics team and drive data-driven decision making. The role requires a strong background in data management, analytics, and business intelligence, with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business decisions and outcomes.

This position manages up to customers and works with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

6+ years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in data and analytics roles in large/complex environments.
2+ years in a leadership role managing Data/BI teams.
Experience modernizing data platforms and migrating to cloud (Azure, Microsoft Fabric).
Experience directing onshore and offshore teams.
Strong prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, project management and planning skills.
Ability to influence senior management and work across functions.
Experience with Finance, Quality, Compliance, Product Management domains preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of BI managers, data engineers, BI analysts and developers.
Set priorities and ensure timely delivery of projects and reports.
Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Coordinate work between business partners and on/offshore locations.
Partner with business leaders to create robust roadmaps.
