Job summary

Medline in Northbrook, IL seeks a Senior Manager of Data Engineering & Analytics to lead the Corporate Functions Data and Analytics team and drive data‑driven decisions across the organization. You will oversee data management, BI delivery, and governance with onshore/offshore partners.

Responsibilities include building enterprise data foundations, dashboards, and self‑service analytics, while guiding modernization to Azure/Microsoft Fabric and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in data & analytics in large/complex environments.
• 2+ years in leadership role managing Data/BI teams.
• Experience migrating legacy data platforms to Azure and Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BI Managers, Data Engineers, BI analysts and developers.
• Oversee data integration from multiple sources into Enterprise Data Lake and data products.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports with KPI alignment.
• Partner with business leaders to create robust roadmaps and governance standards.
• Manage onshore and offshore teams and ensure timely project delivery.
