Qualifications

• 1+ year of managing direct reports.
• 1+ year working with pharmaceutical claims data.
• Proficient in SQL for data transformation and analysis with good documentation.
• Proficient in Python and R; familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Underwriting Data Analyst team; serve as SME for data questions.
• Collect, clean, and analyze pharmaceutical data to support underwriting and sales.
• Develop analytics, reporting, and pricing models for bids and renewals.
• Create custom SQL/Python/R solutions for ad hoc requests and infrastructure.
• Collaborate across teams to maintain SOPs and reporting infrastructure.
