Job summary

Rackspace Technology, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst V to own end-to-end analytics and semantic-layer views across multiple domains. You will translate complex business needs into robust data models and dashboards, mentoring analysts and partnering with senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates combine deep SQL, data warehousing expertise, and experience validating AI-generated insights in regulated environments; remote US work is supported with a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 9–12 years of analytics experience with project ownership.
• 4–6 years hands-on building dashboards and analytic solutions.
• 1+ year mentoring analysts.
• Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification preferred.
• Experience validating AI-generated insights in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own end-to-end delivery of complex analytic solutions and semantic-layer views.
• Lead design reviews for dashboards/analytics; mentor analysts on best practices.
• Contribute to data-validation and QA standards for the team.
• Own validation of AI-generated insights/narratives before stakeholders.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate needs into designs.
• Build and support natural-language query interfaces on the semantic layer.
