Liftoff is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to partner with the VP of Analytics & Operations Supply. You will tackle the hardest analytical problems, guide analytics best practices, and mentor analysts.

The role requires deep technical depth, strong business sense, and leadership to drive impact across multiple teams. You will craft and optimize SQL on massive datasets, build dashboards with Looker/Tableau, and translate findings into revenue- and profitability-driven actions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analytics, consulting, or business analytics in high-tech or AdTech.
• Expert in complex, performance-optimized SQL on massive datasets.
• Strong statistical inference and A/B design knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive analysis on highly complex, ambiguous questions and influence decisions at senior level.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for billions of rows and build reproducible analytics workflows.
• Lead dashboards and reporting pipelines using SQL, Looker and Tableau.
• Translate technical changes into business impact for Commercial leadership.
• Mentor analysts and partner cross-functionally to drive initiatives.
