Cardinal Health is seeking a senior Data Analytics leader to guide discovery efforts and drive value realization through AI-enabled analytics. You will mentor analysts, shape the analytics roadmap, and partner with cross-functional leaders to identify high-value business cases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years guiding teams with a product-first framework and data strategy is preferred.
• 7+ years in Data Analytics, BI, IT, or related field at senior/lead level preferred.
• Proven track record coaching analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of advanced analytics and AI applications in business.
• Experience with Big Data systems, cloud data lakes, and data visualization platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to senior executives.
• Experience delivering large, multi-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide data analytics managers and teams.
• Shape long-term analytics strategy and data ecosystem roadmap.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify high-value data use cases.
• Identify and champion AI/advanced analytics opportunities.
• Develop robust business cases delivering financial and operational impact.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Platform, and App teams to build analytics products.
• Guide discovery, hypothesis testing, and root-cause analysis for problems.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven strategic recommendations and risk analyses.
