Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a senior Business Intelligence professional to partner with internal customers in optimizing supply chain processes. You will analyze large datasets, build dashboards, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for operations, logistics, and executives.

Role involves leading ML/AI initiatives, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with IT, Finance, and Operations to drive business value across transportation and warehousing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics experience with a strong focus on supply chain operations.
• Advanced Degree preferred.
• APICS/Lean Six Sigma/Agile/Project Management certifications preferred.
• Experience with Big Data systems, Data Lakes, and analytics.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform BigQuery and Alteryx ETL tools preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to transportation, warehousing, and other supply chain operations to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders, including operations, logistics, and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define KPIs, and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools to model supply chain scenarios and forecast performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analyses and reporting.
• Lead ML/AI projects across Global Logistics teams including opportunity analysis, implementation, and product ownership.
