Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Fairburn, GA is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights, build dashboards in Power BI, and support operational excellence across sites.

You will collaborate with warehouse leaders, lead cross-site analytics projects, design ETL pipelines, and apply Python or R to automate reporting. This is an onsite role with a strong emphasis on data literacy and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or BI, with Power BI.
• Strong SQL, Python or R, and DAX expertise.
• Experience building dashboards and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Full development of Power BI including data visualization and back-end data model design.
• Clean, model, and analyze data using SQL, DAX, and statistical techniques to uncover trends and drive improvements.
• Design and implement data pipelines (ETL) from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured sources.
• Collaborate with site leadership and stakeholders to enable data-driven decision making.
