Lead analytics engineering, collaborate with stakeholders, and design robust dashboards with Power BI while mentoring analysts and ensuring production-grade data products.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics, mathematics, engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering.
• 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, including leading technical projects or mentoring analysts.

Mansioni

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and dimensional models using cloud data warehouses and dbt.
• Lead analytics engineering practices, CI/CD, and code reviews; standardize metrics and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into robust data models and dashboards.
• Collaborate with data scientists and BI developers to deliver performant Power BI dashboards.
