Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Senior Analytics professional to lead end-to-end reporting and analytics across Capital Markets, Governance, and related functions. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate complex data into scalable, executive-ready insights, mentoring junior team members and guiding analytics strategy.

You’ll design semantic models in Power BI, leverage SQL, Python or R, and contribute to automation of reporting pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
• Experience leading analytics projects with minimal direction.
• Experience with large multi-source datasets and executive-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Independently own end-to-end analytics projects from requirements to delivery.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI models, dashboards, and automation.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven deliverables for senior leadership.
• Identify data gaps and implement scalable automation.
• Expand and maintain analytics portfolio to meet evolving needs.
• Mentor junior analysts and review code.
