Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Atlanta to lead end-to-end analytics projects across Capital Markets, delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership and enabling enterprise-wide decisions.

You'll design Power BI models, leverage SQL and Python, mentor junior analysts, and help automate reporting pipelines while partnering with stakeholders across Counterparty Engagement, Governance, and Securities Lending.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analytics or BI experience, preferably in financial services or capital markets.
• Ability to lead analytics projects from scoping to delivery with minimal direction.
• Experience translating complex data into executive-ready insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects including requirements, sourcing, modeling, visualization, and stakeholder presentation.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and automated reporting pipelines using SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Capital Markets, Governance, and Counterparty Engagement.
• Identify data gaps and implement scalable, automated solutions for reliable reporting.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvements and reusable analytics infrastructure.
