Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Senior Data & BI Professional to develop self-service reporting with Power BI, transform data into dynamic dashboards, and maintain enterprise data models in Snowflake. You will partner with ITC to execute projects, enhance client portals, and train internal teams on data tools.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial services, strong Power BI skills, and experience with Snowflake. This is a hybrid role with a strong emphasis on analytics, collaboration, and delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years financial services industry experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Experience building and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal partners.
• Broad understanding of investment operations, funds, regulatory issues and controls.
• Proficient in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX; knowledge of Snowflake helpful.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead self-service reporting via Power BI, including complex reporting with Power Query.
• Transform data into dynamic dashboards using DAX and Power Query for enterprise reporting.
• Maintain data models and secure data sharing within Snowflake.
• Collaborate with ITC resources on project planning, prioritization and execution.
• Enhance client experience through client portals and data-driven insights.
• Act as data owner and provide training to internal partners on data tools.
• Facilitate conversations with vendors, manage scope, resourcing and timelines.
• Coordinate content management of non-structured data for ITC.
• Support metrics development and visualization across teams.
