Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking a Data Analyst to drive data-driven insights in Product, joining a broader data organization of analysts, data scientists, and data engineers. You’ll support our Lives Covered product group and deliver analytics, dashboards, and experimentation support.

You will partner with product and tech teams to prioritize needs, build scalable datasets, and communicate insights to executives. The role is hybrid with onsite work three days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics experience across multiple product teams.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of experimental design (A/B).
• Experience building dashboards/data visualizations (Looker/Hex).
• Experience with data modeling (dbt) or eagerness to learn.
• Able to tell data-driven stories for executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and other stakeholders to prioritize analytical needs and support launches.
• Develop and maintain core product and performance reporting dashboards.
• Support experimentation and A/B testing with clear conclusions.
• Create data visualizations and storytelling assets for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with senior staff on high-impact analytic projects.
