Grow Therapy is seeking a Data Analyst to drive data-driven insights across the product organization. You will partner with product teams, build scalable dashboards, and support experimentation, including A/B tests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics experience across product teams.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of experimental design (A/B).
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations with Looker/Hex.
• Experience with data modeling and DBT.
• Ability to tell data-driven stories to executives.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize analytical needs with Product and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain core product and performance dashboards.
• Design and analyze experiments including A/B testing.
