Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead 2–4 concurrent enterprise Data & Analytics projects, blending hands-on leadership with deep technical insight across data architectures, cloud data lakes, ETL, and BI platforms.

You will drive schedules, budgets, governance, risk mitigation, and SDLC delivery with Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau, partnering with engineers, architects and stakeholders in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

10+ years IT project management experience delivering complex software initiatives.
Recent enterprise Data & Analytics project leadership experience.
Strong familiarity with Azure data environments and modern data lakehouse architectures.
Working knowledge of Databricks and cloud-based data ingestion/pipeline concepts.
Proven experience delivering BI and reporting projects with Power BI or Tableau.
Deep understanding of data governance, privacy, security, and SDLC across Agile/Waterfall.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of 2–4 Data & Analytics projects across Agile and Waterfall.
Build, baseline, and maintain project plans, Gantt charts, milestones, and RAID logs.
Oversee project financials, budgets, resources, actuals, and forecasts.
Guide teams through SDLC, enforce governance, security, and data privacy standards.
