Job summary

Tier4 Group seeks a Senior Data Analyst to partner with business and executive leadership, turning mortgage, financial, and operational data into actionable insights. You will develop analytical solutions, monitor portfolio performance, and deliver data-driven recommendations to inform decisions.

Responsibilities include designing dashboards, identifying risks and opportunities, and presenting findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
4+ years of experience in data analytics or BI.
Advanced SQL experience with large datasets.
Experience building dashboards with Tableau/Power BI.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience presenting findings to senior leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze mortgage, financial, and operational data to monitor portfolio performance.
Develop analytical solutions and dashboards.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven analysis.
Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Design and maintain executive dashboards and reporting solutions.
Create visualizations communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Present insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Deliver reporting on operational metrics, portfolio performance, and risk indicators.
Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Operations, BI, and Data Management teams.
