Job summary

GRAIL is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer in Operational Intelligence to bridge Data Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics.

You will curate raw operational and lab data into BI-ready datasets and scalable data products, designing dashboards and analytical tools that monitor high-throughput lab processes, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and trusted insights for lab efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years delivering production-grade datasets, dashboards, and reports.
• 3+ years data modeling (dimensional/semantic).
• 2+ years building dashboards/reports in Tableau or similar.

Responsibilities

• Build, evolve, and support dashboards, reports, and real-time monitoring tools for teams and executives.
• Implement and improve process monitoring systems to track and stabilize health.
• Define, govern, and report KPIs for throughput, quality, efficiency, and compliance.
